Eats and Exercise Week 36

Since I'm on a tight schedule with all the (ballet, jazz and yoga) classes I take, I usually don't put much thought into my meals. Easy, light and deliciouse is the key! I'll post here about it and update for the meals not-jet-consumed. :)

Even though I ate pretty well in Dublin, hence the kitchenette and my mom some great meals were put together! But nonetheless I'm glad to be back on my 'safe' weekly-mealplan (almost the same breakfast and lunch every day, it's just convenient for workdays) again! And I think I'm getting rid of my cravings!! At least I have them super under control (and hoping to keep it that way!)! As you can see...

Monday
breakfast: muesli soaked a little in water topped with 1/3 banana, peach and kiwi
lunch: homemade salad (napa cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini, 1/2 cup quinoa, cottage cheese and balsamic vinegar)
snack: organic granola bar
dinner: two w/w toasts; one with an egg, one with 1/4 avocado with a side of raw veggies (tomatoes and caulifower) with ketchup
dessert: fruitsalad with an irish butlers praline
exercise: ~ 1 hour walk to my 70min ballet class

Tuesday
breakfast: muesli soaked a little in water topped with 1/3 banana, peach and kiwi
lunch: homemade salad (napa cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini, 1/2 cup quinoa, cottage cheese and balsamic vinegar)
snack: organic granola bar
dinner: tomato tofu dish my mom made with w/w pasta and side salad
dessert: an irish almond caramel fuge and a biscuit
exercise: ~ 1/2 houre waling, 50min yoga class

Wednesday
breakfast: muesli soaked a little in water topped with 1/3 banana, peach and golden kiwi
lunch: homemade salad (napa cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini, 1/2 cup quinoa, cottage cheese and balsamic vinegar)
snack: 1/2 an energy bar
dinner: one w/w toast with 1/4 avocado with a side of cooked veggies (pumpkin, onion, rondini and cauliflower)
dessert: 1 banana (half mashed) and 1 peach with about 1/3 cup greek yogurt, cinnamon and truvia and one of butlers praline
exercise: ~ 1/2 hour walking, 30min ballet class, 60min jazz class

Thursday (we always eat lunch at a Restaurant every Thursday)
breakfast: muesli soaked a little in water topped with peach and golden kiwi
lunch: prawns over salad with a slice of bread and we got chocolate mousse (on the house) as a dessert because we had a birthdaygirl with us! it wasn't bad but nothing i would have ordered.
snack: had the other half of the energy bar from yesterday
dinner: part 1: one w/w toast with 1/2 avocado and the same steamed veggies as yesterday (plus my own cherry tomatoes)
part 2: two ricecakes; one with butter, one with pumpkinbutter, two piece nut clusters, babybel, handful cashews (obviously I was very hungry!)
dessert: peach with a bit yogurt and one uf my last butlers pralines
exercise: ~ 1/2 hour walking, 90min jazzgymnastic class

Friday
breakfast: muesli soaked a little in water topped with peach and golden kiwi
lunch: homemade salad (napa cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini, 1/2 cup quinoa, cottage cheese and balsamic vinegar)
snack: -
dinner: just a few apero things at an event and a few dessert things, it was delicious and i have no regret!! i did not binge so, success!
dessert: read above! ;)
exercise: ~ 1/2 hour walking

Saturday
late breakfast part 1: overnight oatmeal with peach, golden kiwi, nutbutter, goji and cranberries
late breakfast part 1: dar-vida with butter and a few other things i just can't remember, sorry!
dinner: a few nibbles from the apero table (salmon on bread, chips, nuts)
dessert: a little too much birthdaycake ;) but it was sooooo good!!
exercise: -

Sunday
late breakfast: overnight oatmeal with peach, golden kiwi, nutbutter, goji and cranberries
snack: a slice bread on top of the mountain i hiked to
dinner: butternutsquash fries, rosted potatoes, raw cauliflower, homemade guacamole, ketchup
dessert: a few pieces chocolate, a small cup granola, mango
exercise: ~ 1 hour ballet, 3 hour hiking (2h up, 1h down)

Maybe I'll remember to take pictures!!! ;) Edit: Sorry no photos!! Was a bit lazy!
